Rhonda Hilyer, President and Founder of Agreement Dynamics, is an international consultant with a reputation for helping convert traditional, conflict-based environments into productive, collaborative ones. As a professional negotiator for nearly 20 years, a former international labor representative, and an employer responsible for bottom-line results, Rhonda has developed successful approaches to both negotiating great agreements and unleashing workforce productivity. Her spellbinding speeches and trainings on understanding and converting conflict, on negotiation and agreement, and on the essential elements needed to implement successful change processes are very powerful and give new insights into solving difficult problems.

Dee Endelman, Senior Associate, is an organizational development consultant and human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in all phases of the human side of business. Her areas of expertise include organizational change; collaborative labor relations; group facilitation; conflict resolution; team building; strategic planning; management and team coaching; training; work design; human resource policies and programs; equal employment opportunity; diversity efforts and affirmative action. She has worked as both an internal and external consultant in both public and private sectors. In addition to her work with federal, regional and local government agencies, she has experience in diverse industries, including banking, retail, wholesale distribution, hospitality, utilities, agriculture, food processing and professional services.

Tony Anderson is a law-enforcement professional with nearly 20 years experience with both the Seattle and the Port of Seattle Police Departments. Currently a Support Services Supervisor for the Port Police, Tony is also a member of the Port's Conflict Resolution Facilitation Team where he mediates and facilitates job-related conflicts using the RESOLVE method of facilitation. Tony is the Team Leader of the Crisis Negotiations Unit and serves as the Port's primary negotiator in crisis, hostage, and barricaded suspect situations. He also trains Department personnel in negotiation skills. His previous Port position was as a Labor Relations Manager at the port, administering all 31 labor contracts. He was involved in contract negotiations, interpretation, arbitration, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conference boards. In addition to his work at the Port, Tony provides consulting and facilitation services for Agreement Dynamics. Tony has a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Seattle University. Other noteworthy career experiences of Tony Anderson's include basketball player and coach in France and Australia.

Ellis Amdur is a psychotherapist and crisis intervention specialist focusing on prevention and detection of potential workplace violence. Ellis provides assessment, consultation, and training in: preventive hiring and employment practices; identifying the warning signs of emotional distress in others; recognition of patterns of behavior associated with alcohol or drug intoxication; se of spacing, stance and the eyes to calm an individual or establish control; proven tactics for calming aggressive individuals; simple methods of evasion and self-defense in emergent situations. Mr. Amdur's trainings are noted for the pre-workshop consultation. In addition, his humor, breadth of knowledge, and vivid descriptions and portrayals of aggressive and mentally ill individuals actively involve participants and help them retain and use what they learn in the training. Ellis has consulted and trained mental health professionals, school personnel, fire service employees, and law enforcement professionals, including hostage negotiations teams. Ellis earned a BA in psychology at Yale University, an MA at Seattle University, and is a National Certified Counselor.

Matthew Fairfax is the Human Resources Manager for Washington Dental Service. However, most of our clients know him as a Communication Styles trainer, where his natural ability to put participants at ease and bring humor to the classroom has made him one of our sought-after presenters. In addition to his Styles presentations, Matthew has delivered trainings in supervisory skills, creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiations. In addition to providing training during regular business hours, Matthew can be scheduled to provide training on either evenings or weekends.

Ginny Ratliff, Executive Director, oversees operations, assists on consulting projects, and leads the company's marketing efforts. Her consulting work has included project management; needs assessments; coaching; union election oversight; and facilitation, to name a few. Prior to joining Agreement Dynamics, Ginny operated a small business, and during college she worked as a political consultant for two grass roots electoral campaigns and as a political organizer for Amalgamated Transit Union's Political Action Committee.
