RESOLVE for Conflict
Conversion, Problem Solving or Labor Contract Negotiations: is a training program to
help organizations use collaborative approaches to daily problem
solving, team building and/or negotiations. More than 350 organizations
worldwide have been trained in RESOLVE. Examples of specific
applications include: improving communication; team building;
conflict resolution; negotiation; labor relations; trust building;

YOU ARE THE FACILITATOR focuses on building and
enhancing process facilitation skills when dealing with two or
more individuals or groups engaged in problem solving, negotiations,
conflict resolution, and/or meeting discussions.

MAKING CHANGE WORK FOR YOU: This program examines the accelerating pace
of change and the global affects of change on the work place.
This course also provides tools for coping with change in the
workplace and focuses on ways to motivate others in the midst
of change.
SAFETY AT WORK--PREVENTING
VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE:
This course will give participants the tools to deal with potentially
explosive employees before and during an incident. Participants
will learn how to recognize the warning signs of interpersonal
stress and problematic behavior and verbal de-escalation techniques
that really work.
