SAFETY AT WORK--PREVENTING VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE: This course will give participants the tools to deal with potentially explosive employees before and during an incident. Participants will learn how to recognize the warning signs of interpersonal stress and problematic behavior and verbal de-escalation techniques that really work.
